Module description
Module HelpDesk enables to register and evaluate demands on the team.
Module HelpDesk can be operated as independent application installed on the server of the customer.
Module is adapted to the czech tax and legal environment.
Suggested module usage
Module is primary designed for:
- service companies (service of HW, SW, telephones, office techniques…)
- bigger companies as a tool for solving problems in internal logictics
It is an ideal way of communication for companies that have sales representatives or subsidiaries and do not have solved effective mutual communication.
Options overview
- definition of the user groups in the country and particular departments
- definition of user permissions to individual user groups
- management recording for the so-called option- problem manager
- register disorders/requirements including setting priorities for its solution
- evidence of time spent by the solver on the specific problem
- information to the solver about new problem (e-mail / SMS)
- assign individual problems to the solvers
- evidence of specializations of individual solvers
- reports for evaluating the frequency of failures, the time spent on solving problems, the success of individual investigators (summary, success rate, table, graphs, Excel)
